Voices of Women (VoW) Membership 202

Voices of Women invites you to become a member! Anyone who identifies as a woman and lives and/or works in the Yarra Ranges and who is passionate about supporting other women may apply. We offer members a quarterly newsletter, discounts to VoW events throughout the year.

Applications for VoW membership are open to anyone who identifies as a woman and lives and/or works in the Yarra Ranges. Members must support VOWs vision, mission, purpose and agree to their rules.

A VoW membership subscription is for the period 1 January to 31 December.

Benefits of VoW membership include a quarterly newsletter and discounts to VoW events throughout the year. Members are also eligible to attend the VoW Annual General Meeting and vote on special resolutions.

VoW membership fees for 2022 are proposed to be $21.00 for Full Membership and $11.00 for Full Membership at the concession rate. Women who hold a concession card or are full time students are eligible for the concession rate. Fees will be adjusted each quarter to be pro-rata, eg. if a member joins after July, they will only be required to pay 50% of the annual fee.

Applications

Applications for VoW membership can be made at https://www.trybooking.com/BVLHR . All applications for membership will be presented to the VoW Committee at its monthly meeting to be accepted or rejected by resolution. The VoW Committee will then notify the applicant of the outcome of the application in writing as soon as practicable. If an application is rejected, all monies received as part of the application will be returned.
